i was at that
debut gig 2 years ago, they really surprised me as id never heard them before that gig, just went out of curiosity to hear jack play with a good drummer , might try get me some tix for this
i'm surprised they didn't put the tickets on sale a week before the gig
Oh you
The Debut Gig...
...was fairly boring. Old-school classic rock cock-rock bullshit.
Apart from a couple of good songs, the Raconteurs are rubbish.
Hail Meg White! She's ace, and Jack White needs a "bad" drummer to hold back his Led Zep classic rock side a little bit.
And that Brendan guy is as boring and charismatic as a gold fish. All his songs were awful.
^yeah what do you know?
Cock Rock? This ain't Cock Rock, you woudn't know cock rock if the cock in cock rock slapped you around the face repeatedly. I went to their Brixton Academy gig last year and they were amazing live. I actually prefer The Raconteurs to the White Stripes which in my opinion a load of self indulgent tosh.
