Thank you stargreen, for making tickets available five minutes early. Me and minikev, heading to Leeds...

Anyone else had any luck?

amen

if i decide i eventually i want to go...blatantly just apply to be camp assistant or oxfam then don't turn. yeh fair enough i lose 150 quid but....i still get in.

anyway, im planning on going hurricane in germany, werchter or lowlands.

all>>>>>>>leeds.

latitude

atp-EITS

good music, interesting people, not just paying 165 quid or so to get trashed and be subjected to idiots.

Latitude offers so much more than even music (which is great) and it costs less and is smaller. yay.

EITS is cheaper and I get a freaking chalet and AWESOME music... and again likable people (i imagine - never been before)

connect might be good too... it was lovely last year.

you had a good point until-

'i imagine - never been before'

yeah i know

time will tell anyway... even if the people are wankers it will be better than reading

there a a few scene adults

but on the whole everyone is lovely

:D

id love...

to be going to explosions atp.

damn exams.

:(

exams are cheating me out of many a festival

Agreed

And they always do. It's been years since I had a May/June free from exam worries. No fair.

oh thats lovely

apply to help a charity then fuck em over.

wow

as a keen oxfam supporter and someone who works at festivals, all I can say is - your a c*nt!

Thank you

Lastminute, for making tickets available 15 minutes early, you mad bunch!

i was trying!

but was in a queue

hooray to wayahead

I found

a backdoor link, and bought early entry tickets from seetickets once they finally let me, anyone else get early entry?

+1

What he said,he said

:D

Stargreen saved my life

4 tickets booked and confirmation received via email within 12 minutes of stargreen.com releasing their tickets.

OMG RAGE! OMFG, OMG RAGE!! RAGE OMG!!!1!11!

as for the wankers who will be there and the torrents of shite bands also present

I just don't care. £155 well spent in my eyes for Rage, Metallica, Justice, Killers, Dizzee Rascal, Tenacious D, QOTSA, MGMT, Coner Oberst and Pendulum let alone the weekend worth of quality stuff Huw Stephens will doubtless put on the BBC Introducing Stage.

I'm going to Explosions ATP, Lovebox for the day, Mogwai at Triptych and probably Summer Sundae for a day too so I'll get plenty of good music with affable folks too.

and

got one for my buddy too. hoorah!

fuck me

does someone want to murder my friend? First he says 'oh yeah i'll definitely go to roskilde festival, buy me a plane ticket' then decides he doesn't want to go. He's lucky I managed to cancel and rebook for cheaper. Then today he goes 'oh i'll go to hmv tomorrow morning and get a leeds festival ticket' and now he says 'oh I don't think i'm going to bother'. AAAHHH!!!

I wish he wouldn't be such an indecisive prick. Messes my plans right up!

Seetickets

Errr...just bought a Leeds ticket for the Saturday on seetickets?! Is that for real or is their site just messed up? Thought it sold out about an hour and a half ago?

I'd still

rather spend the money on gigs instead of a festival. Just really doesn't appeal to me. But for those prices, christ I'd rather go travel and go to a European festival, have a bit of an adventure.

im going to both :)

benaccassim and reading

i did this last year

well benicassim and leeds.best summer ever :)

so far...

got primavera ticket.

I'm thinking about going to a uk festival, but so far latitude is in the lead.

I think leeds/reading are boys festivals!

I'm going

to Reading, it'll be my first music festival so I'm really excited!! :-D

I stayed late at work

yesterday to pikey the internet and phone. It got to 7:30pm and I decided to give up (yes, I have no patience and I was getting RSI). Just as I started to pack up I thought I'd try the NME stash on seetickets. I got straight through . . . so HURRAY for the NME! You heard me.
