No proper London show then?

:(

just the dlb

but on a lot of DLB nights the band do the album and then do lots more stuff...

i've heard somewhere that

at least half of their set for the american tour were eric songs. if this isn't rectified i will be much sad

Jason>Lou>>>>>>>>>>>Eric

Have you

read the Eric-written biog on their myspace? Sounds like that guy's pretty difficult to be in a band with!

yeah he is scarily anal and pedantic sounding

the thing i read kind of insinuated that they were trying to placate him and stop him having a huge ego explosion

He sounds like

a right pain in the arse! Why didn't they just get Bob Fay instead?? Then they could've done 'Harmacy' instead of B+S which would be infinitely more exciting!

i think harmacy would be dull played as a DLB ting

it's too one paced and sedate. i think Eric was an important part of the band in terms of mixing things up and stopping the albums falling into a Lou-ballad dullfest, the songs are not as good but they work in context. he should know his place when playing live however.

Yeah

I know what you mean about the high Lou-ballad quotient but it's also high on Jason kick-ass rock tunes...Mind Reader, Can't Give Up, Crystal Gypsy etc;

ooh

this sounds interesting

i did quite like the one they rereleased recently

I'll be at the Brighton one

Some great bands coming through the city lately.
