i had the same tomato based discussion today
we're like the same person.
there is less tomato in peeled tomatoes though
due to the skin being removed. i think that is why they're cheaper.
but what do they do with the skin?
surely it just gets wasted?
Thrown away, I suppose.
Also, chopped tomatoes are peeled first, so they take more effort than the ones that are peeled and not chopped.
