Andrew W.K. solo? At ATP vs the Fans? It would never happen, right?
Wrong. The creator of this website (runoutgroove.net) wants the rock-star extraordinaire to perform a set at ATP vs the Fans, held this year from May 18th-20th at Butlins, Minehead. To do this, he's set up a petition to sign here, and has asked that you put forward one of your votes to the ATP organisers.

Either way, Andrew W.K. is already playing at the event with Current 93.

...is probably one of the best disco-rock albums of all time. It's a shame that all anyone thinks of Andrew W.K. is Party Hard, which, while being great, isn't the be all end all of his output. The guy's a classically trained pianist and a fucking melodic god. Everyone witters on about Dave Grohl playing everything on the first Foo Fighters record - well, so does Andrew W.K.. Underrated because of one single and his look. Lovely guy.
