I booked a 2 bed chalet for Nightmare Before Christmas back when the tickets went on sale in june or whenever it was and they sent me an e-ticket but i've not received any physical tickets as yet. Is anybody in the same situation? Do you need physical tickets?

well...
i bought some tickets from a guy last night and they are the real deal, with the red strip down the side. Why are some people getting e-tickets and others actual physical ones?

seetickets = expensive = paper tickets
wegottickets = cheap = electronic tickets
Depends where you bought them from.
Wegottickets only do e-tickets.

Just take the print out or the reference number with you and you'll be fine. They just swap it for a wristband.
