Nah, I've seen the Committments... ;)
We played with these at Truck, they were one of the loudest bands that were on, for sure.
    • Re: Do Me Tour Things

This lame excuse for entertainment actually are bollocks. Saw them at Leeds, they made me wish i'd taken my 'spider-whakin-torch' out for the day...then i could have repeadedly hit myself over the head rather than giving myself stomach cramps from laughin so hard
  • Do Me Tour Things

Ooh yes! At "da 'Shot" get in!
  • Do Me Tour Things

I thought Dave Vanian was already in a band?

play koko walk across the road and play stay beautiful

    cool!
    • Re: Do Me Tour Things

i saw do me bad things when they supported the darkness. they were, in short, fucking appalling.

any band who has fat ladies dancing in the background, and a leather- clad gimp noncing around in the foreground, and sounds so incredibly bad, should be removed from the face of the earth. or at least placed in a very deep hole. or a lunatic asylum.
      • Re: Do Me Tour Things

Hang on a minute here, you paid money to go and see the darkness? Surely you've already been committed?

Do Me Bad Things kick some serious camp-rock ass!
        • Re: Do Me Tour Things

          yes.
          for two reasons

1= they go mad on stage and actually make a difference to the regular neo- british SHITE like franz ferdinand, keane, and snow patrol, theyre material actually has a bit of bounce to.. you know.. something to half mosh too..?
also the hawkind are both amazing guitarists

2= justin straddled an uber tiger and gandered around the stage 20ft in the air, ash were supporting and there was roast hog meat on sale in the reception area.
          • Re: Do Me Tour Things

dont lump franz in with keane and snow patrol. they are completely different. people get really lazy in diferentiating between good famous bands and bad famous bands sometimes. they just think "uh, famous bands". stupid.
            • Re: Do Me Tour Things

i must confess i find franz as boring as snow patrol. whatever it is about them that appeals to the mass of their fans, it just doesn't appeal to me.

              xxx
  • Do Me Tour Things

These fuckers are really cheap and tacky, they should support Trail of Shit...
  • Do Me Tour Things

I may have to take a wee trip to the Venue. Ahh, I love it when bands play edinburgh, saves me a tenner travel to glasgow which could be spent on far more worthwhile things. Like booze and fags. (Y)

I managed to blag my way onto the guest list for the Darkenss gig in Wembley. Stayed for DMBT and fucked off to see the Futureheads.

I'd love to go to both of these DMBT shows tomorrow but I'm going to see Kerbdog in Dublin. Yeeeeeeee Hawwwww.
