Slint-headlined ATP takes shape

February 2005's ATP Festival, scheduled for the 25th, 26th and 27th, is shaping up nicely.As you should know, the event is headed by the recently reformed Slint. The Louisville quartet will be joined by the following names - some big, some small - for the event. Expect more names to be announced over the coming couple of months.

ATP is held, as always, at Camber Sands Holiday Centre (Pontins) in East Sussex. The beach is lush. (DiS recommends a fry-up at the cafe, looking out to sea. Unbeatable hangover cure.)

About £120 normally... but you get to stay in a nice little chalet with your buds.

and am fucking gutted it sold out before i could get my friends' act together and for us all to buy ticks at same time.

Slint and Mogwai would be mental. its official. all i got at the Chapman one aside from a great Trail of Dead set was a spiked drink and a Bolton Wanderers mug.-

Has anyone got any hot news on big names that might be added to this?? I'm off and looking forward to the obvious names but am still hoping for someone "big" to be added! can anyone help!!

Born Heller are fucking great, Josephine Foster will soon be a household name, I have no doubt.
Nightmare Before Christmas was indeed spectacular, the best ATP I have attended.
