Kit Clayton is the recording name of Joshua Kit Clayton, a San Francisco-based musician and computer programmer. He is a significant contributor to Cycling 74, working on the Max/MSP sound engineering environment, as well as Jitter. He utilizes Max, MSP, and Jitter extensively in his own work, which is largely ambient computer music and glitch.
